RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
We are devoted with serious efforts to deliver our customers the precise and most accurate specifications mentioned by our esteemed customers and service with much determination. However, in certain not-so-rare contingencies of any inevitable circumstances or situations, if Lenswish doesn’t ship out the order, thereafter, your order shall be cancelled and refunded fully for the same within 15 working days. If your shipping address is not under the access zone of our logistics division, then your order may get cancelled and will be refunded for the same.
In any unfortunate case, if the order has been placed and processed and upon delivery customer find it to be defected, damaged in transit, delivered partially or delivered the wrong product, we assure a full refund after receiving the product back from the customer; however the refund nature may be in the form of Lenswish Money or cash or both depending on the circumstances.
Lenswish is not to be held answerable in an event of careless mistake committed by the customer while providing us with faulty or inaccurate information while placing an order.If a customer submits wrong information for lenses to be fitted on the eyewear frames, then Lenswish will only refund money for eyewear frames. No refund will be issued for any lens type, prescription, size and color if the customer wrongly ordered them. The same is applicable in the case of contact lenses.
We recommend our customers to be watchful while receiving the product delivery, you need to be cautious while accepting delivery of any item whose packaging seems to be damaged or tampered in any form. If you eyespot this issue during delivery, we request you to not to accept courier and inform our Customer Care Support immediately so that we can take further actions against it.
During a regrettable event, it is the customer’s responsibility to not accept faulty shipment or if the package received is already opened. After opening of package, if the product is damaged, customer should write or call us at our Customer Care Support and log in the issue within 2 days of product delivery. If the customer does not log in the complaint within the time frame mentioned above, then the customer will not get free returns in such cases.
